Yes, Frosch uses alcohol as the main ingredient in their glass cleaner. They feel that the glass cleaner performance is on par with ammonia-based cleaners while being significantly more gentle and pleasant to use.

Q: is this safe for pets?

I don't see anything in the ingredient list that makes me worry about using it on surfaces contacted by pets it. Even if you used it to clean things like an aquarium or food dishes just rinsing in tap water should leave them safe.

Q: Is it safe on marble surfaces?

Yes. Love this product cleans so well not toxic.Does not stain. We don't have marble we have quartz countertops, works well.
