GREAT Customer Service
The media could not be loaded. Customer Service is crucial to every business.Bad or no Customer Service can destroy a business.Good Customer Service will ensure the business thrives and lasts for a very long time. After posting my original review, the seller reached out to me.Any time a seller reaches out to me due to a problem with their product, I edit my review to reflect it.It shows the seller cares about the product AND that they want the customer to be happy and satisfied with it. I feel that is important for prospective buyers to know. The seller stated that they are working on making a video with instructions for setup of this scooter so everyone can easily see how to get it setup and operating. That should be available shortly for everyone. So there is no confusion over my original review and my revision, I am leaving my original review intact so everyone knows the full story.Original Review ***************************************Three AA Batteries required -Before ordering this scooter, I asked Rufus if batteries were required. He didn't know.I wanted to be sure to let everyone know that yes, batteries are required. Three (3) of the Double A batteries. There is an ON/OFF switch on the bottom of the scooter. Turn it on and be treated to a plethora of color patterns.Got this for my grandkids. They are ages 3 and 5 so they will be able to play with this for a good number of years.Doesn't matter if they are riding it around here or if we take them to the park and let them ride around the park, they love it.Keeping them active is the best gift I can give them. Start them out young and hopefully they will develop the lifelong habit of staying active.Setup was not fun.The instructions are teeny tiny and not all that easy to follow. I'm attaching a photo with my fingers in the photo to show how tiny the font is.NOWHERE do they mention the type of batteries required. You must open the compartment to discover the battery size needed. They do not tell you there is an ON/OFF button. Originally I thought the lights would be motion-activated; that they would light up as the kids made the scooter roll. They do not mention what the white button is for. It was me being nosy and pushing it JUST to see - that allowed me to learn how to change the color patterns. The carton the scooter was packed in was severely crushed, ripped up and damaged. (Shipping box was pristine). While all the damage was taking place to the carton, the instruction sheet got ripped also, making it even harder to figure out.I finally figured out that you need to pull up on the ring on the bottom of the handle in order to release it and set the handle upright.I am giving this item a star rating of 3 due to how incomplete the instructions are and how frustrating it was to get it all set up and operational. I was ready to put it back in the box and return it!If the seller makes changes and improves these things, I will revisit this review and state so.MADE IN CHINA.

A sturdy, fun scooter that kids love — especially with the lights.
The media could not be loaded. I had my grandkids up in Alaska this summer, and this scooter quickly became one of their favorite toys. My oldest grandchild is three, and the size and design were just right for him. It’s stable with three wheels, the deck is wide enough for balance, and it feels solid and safe. What really made it exciting for them was the LED lights. They absolutely loved the different light patterns, especially in the evening when the sun was going down and the lights really popped. It turned an ordinary scooter ride into something more magical. They rode it around with big smiles, and that’s about the best review you can give any toy.The scooter itself seems well made — sturdy, kid-friendly, and tough enough to handle plenty of rough play. It rolls smoothly and handles just fine for little ones who are still learning balance. To me, the best testament is how much fun my grandkids had with it. It kept them entertained for hours, and they kept going back to it every day. What I LikedPerfect size and stability for young kidsLED wheels with light patterns add extra funSturdy and kid-proof designRolls smoothly and feels solidA huge hit with my grandkids

daily use
Winhope Kids Kick Scooter. The 3-wheel design provides excellent stability and balance making it perfect for kids aged 3to8. The LED lighted wheels are a fantastic feature adding a fun and cool touch to the scooter. The widen deck provides ample space for kids to stand comfortably and the scooter's sturdy construction ensures it can withstand rough play. My kid loves riding it outdoors and the scooter's durability has withstood daily use

Finicky at first, but now it's great
Honestly I was pretty disappointed when I first opened the box and found loose screws and whatnot, and then on top of that the batteries were difficult to get in and the lights didn’t initially work on the scooter. It was frustrating because there were no labels on the light switch for which direction was on/off. I really thought it was a flop of a product. My husband was able to fiddle with it for a bit and somehow got it working. He mentioned something about a piece of metal sticking out in the battery compartment?! Anyway, eventually we got it working and now I would say it’s a great scooter. Our oldest is 3 years old and it’s definitely a “level hard” scooter with the turning mechanism, but he will get the hang of it. Currently when riding on the sidewalk, he runs into the grass to brake. All the different light show variations are fun.

Smooth ride, solid build, and great design features
This scooter really impressed me in terms of both design and functionality. The three-wheel setup gives it excellent stability, which is great for beginners who are still developing balance and coordination. The wide deck offers plenty of foot space and a non-slip surface for added safety. The LED wheels are not only fun but also surprisingly bright, making it easy to spot during evening rides. Steering is smooth and responsive thanks to the lean-to-turn mechanism, and the rear brake works well without being too abrupt. Assembly was simple and straightforward — it was up and running in just a few minutes.Overall, this scooter strikes a great balance between being lightweight and durable. It feels like it will hold up well to regular use, and it’s a great choice for outdoor play.
