Great flavor
I love this dark soy sauce. I have ordered it quite a few times. It has a really robust flavor, I mainly use it to marinate beef for a few hours before stir frying. It is not at all watery and is great value for money, it comes in a two pack and is so much less expensive compared with buying a much smaller bottle in the grocery store. Would definitely recommend this dark soy sauce!

Good but overpriced
The dark soy is just what you want but for over $7 a bottle I think is a bit much. The Asian grocery hasn't opened yet and I really needed this for multiple recipes so I just decided to buy it anyway. The product is perfect but Amazon's price point is a bit of a money grab when you can get these for 1/2 the price at the store.

Nice flavor, good price.
Finally was able to try this and thought the flavor was good. Only disappointment was one bottle leaked during shipping. Cap was still sealed but leaked between the cap and bottle.

Dark Soy Sauce
I ordered this dark soy sauce because I didn’t want to go to the Asian grocery store 15 mins drive away from where I’m staying right now for just one item. The two bottles were well packaged in bubble wrap and arrived in a day because I have Prime. Expiration date is in Jul 2022, plenty of time to use up these bottles.I got this soy sauce for a pork belly recipe that I found online which uses dark soy sauce for coloring. I saw the pot of water and spice mix early on being lighter in color and might have poured a tad too much dark soy. Came out a bit darker than I wanted after the water was reduced down to sauce. Tastes just fine though.Note: a lot of food videos advised to add more dark soy sauce when it’s almost done cooking if the color is too light. Follow the recipe and learn from my mistake of being overzealous at the beginning.I personally don’t taste much difference between regular soy sauce and dark soy sauce. It seems like the flavor of the dark soy sauce might be a bit more complex, but most recipes that uses dark soy sauce also use a lot of other spices, so it’s hard to tell at the end how much of a flavor difference it makes. From what I saw, dark soy sauce in recipes are primarily used for giving food a “candied” clear brown coloring. For that purpose, this soy sauces was perfect and I’m happy with the result.
