I grew up having a "real" Christmas tree so, dealing with sharp needles is no surprise. It was part of the ritual of decorating the tree. Actually, I do miss that tradition. If you are feint-of-heart, just wear a thin pair of gloves. No, I do not own this tree but, I am thinking about making a purchase for a family that is a bit down on their luck.

Are the lights miniature, or the old fashioned large ones? They look small in the picture, but I would like to be sure.
