Hi, according to my calculation, my scoop says 14.8 cc which rounded to 15. is a Tablespoon. I use a little extra on heavily soiled items. This is the only stuff after soaking, that gets out dog vomit ( The Worst!!! )

I doubt it is hypoallergenic, as it doesn’t say that anywhere on the label. There are many plant and mineral items in the list of ingredients. It works very well.
