I am writing this review after 3 months of usage. This Kadai is a worthy purchase considering that it stays for many years. Cooking will be good for a small family of 2-4. Product is sturdy, heavy and has some non stick properties to a certain extent. Even if there is sticky food, it can be cleaned with no much difficulty. Heat distribution and retention is good.Always remember to keep the flame in low to medium range. Only drawback is the handle becomes hot upon extended use but it can be easily handled with a kitchen duster.

Good thickness and therefore does not stick at bottom if careful..durable though costly..other companies dont clearly mention thickness 2.5mm which helps in food not sticking at the bottom. Even heating and thickness I feel helps in this. Good handles, lid and good size for three people.
