Do you carry this item with red led lights? my laptop has a black/red motif (red backlit keys), and i want to keep that.

It only has blue lights. No way to change them or turn the off. Once the laptop is on top of it, I never notice them anyway. I'd rather it didn't have any lights.

I have a hp spectra 360 that's 13.3". since i can use it as in tablet mode, it is comfortable & effective on a lap?does cool all top & bottom areas?

Hi Suz, I'm using a 17.2" HP ENVY laptop with the KLIM 5 Fans Cooler, providing a stable adjustable base with plenty of ventilation. You 13.3" HP Spectre x360 is lighter and more compact, a beautiful, well-designed device, I don't see why it would not be comfortable and effective using it as a laptop on the KLIM cooling stand. It will provide you with multiple height adjustments, a very stable and quiet base, and ventilation that would completely cover the critical heat producing multi-core processor. I ran my first HP laptop without a cooling stand and it died prematurely. It is a small investment, relative to the value of your Spectre x360, and in my opinion, I think it is well worth it. Does this product have a warranty or do I have to purchase one?

I ALWAYS purchase a warranty for anything mechanical/technology driven... That being said... I returned this product as mine never came on.

How much weight can this cooler hold? My laptop weighs 6lbs, can this hold it up after continuous use without messing up the cooler's fans?...

中央が弱い

まだ1週間も経ってないけど使ってみて、回転数が低い中央の冷却性能が弱い、小さい方はよく冷えるあとは開けたら塗装が剥がれてる所があって錆びてたまぁ小さいからここは妥協エレコムのやつよりこっちの方がいい

メッシュのパネルをはぎ取れば使える

ゲーミングノートPCで使用しましたが、普通に使用すると風が弱すぎて温度が全く下がりません。ファンはちゃんと回ってるのにほとんど風を感じないのはおかしいので、メッシュのパネルをマイナスドライバーで穿って取り外してみたところ、6度ほど温度が下がりました。多分メッシュの目が細かすぎて風を阻害していると思います。本製品もそうですが、Amazonの検索上位に居る粗悪品は大体同じような感じだと思います。
