Will it hold two chickens?

While I have not tried myself, I would say yes it would fit two chickens quite nicely. The bar is 27 inches long with 4 inches sticking outside of the grill to connect with the motor. That leaves 23 full inches of rotisserie bar available for food less the room for the forks and holder.
