I mean this might work... no idea. Nothing it come with has latin text. I presume I give it some IR signal to program the power toggling. I haven't figured out exactly how yet or what IR device to use as my "dummy" signal generator. Kind of dumb! At least have a base IR code that you can record and replicate that's unique to program in a UNI remote!

Have purchased this device before and found it to be excellent with one very serious warning. The internal wiring is very small wires, please use on up to 20 watts only. Over this amount could cause failure and possible fire. Use to turn on a streaming box, 10 watts. Please note that the plug prongs may need to be shortened. Easy to do on a bench grinder....grind then keep cool by dipping in water to avoid melting the plastic. The instructions on how to program are wrong. Lets make it real easy: Use a pocket knife to auger out one side of the plug in to allow for polarized plug prongs. Next, plug unit into an extension cord plugged into a 120 volt house outlet. Take any infrared remote you have that has otherwise non inter fearing remote control with a command that can be used placed within one inch of this device's window. Press the dark button on this socket device to turn on. Do a long push on the dark button until a light flashes....ready to learn a code from your teaching original remote control. Press the teaching remote control command for a few seconds. Works really well.
