Easy install and works as intended
No confusion installing ballast. Wire leads were plenty long, ballast mounted easily, and is instant on. Another reviewer said the ballast didn’t work with LED tubes. I took a chance and tubes lit up fine. Also the price was right.

Perfect Replacement
This was easy to install, had understandable instructions. I was able to remove the prior ballast and install this one in less than 15 minutes. The price and quality make this a great value. It works great!

Excellent quality
Found the ballast to be of excellent quality at this price point. Wire leads are more than long enough, and pre-stripped. Balast is UL Listed. Clear, detailed instruction sheet provided.No wire nuts were provided, will need to reuse the wire nuts from the existing fixture or obtain new ones.No mounting hardware (screws & nuts) provided.Mounting holes didn't line up in existing fixture, but used one existing mounting hole and hole used for grounding screw. Worked perfectly. If this hadn't worked, I would have simply drilled a new mounting hole. One factor (mechanical mounting) to consider.Worked perfectly from first use, bulbs lit quickly and there was no hum.

My first ballast change for LED bulbs.
Changed Rapid start ballast to this Instant start to use LED U-Tube bulbs… easy process when power is OFF! Ballast works fine with LED U-Tubes… Buying two more to modify other fixtures…
