Love this stuff! I use this after the icy blonde shampoo and it removes all of the yellowy brass in my hair. It's not quite as good as getting your hair professionally toned, but it's as close as you can get in between salon visits.

Works great, makes my hair feel soft.

I think people leaving the negative reviews aren’t using the product correctly if i’m honest. Will it get you to platinum the first use? No, but no product does that unfortunately. If you use this product WITH the shampoo, the job will get done in 3-5 uses. My biggest tip : leave the shampoo & conditioner on for 30 minutes and really rub it in. I can see a major difference every time I use this product, the longer you leave it in the better it’ll tone. It leaves my hair SUPER soft too! Not sure why everyone was complaining about the smell, i thought it smelt like normal conditioner? But anyways, i was happy with this. Does more toning than the shampoo, but most powerful when both products are used together.

My hair dresser told me about this product an asked me to try it. OMG! It is totally amazing. I left it in my hair for 30 minutes and then rinsed it out. My hair is so blonde and vibrant and full of softness. I highly recommend getting it!! Oh, btw, I used it with the shampoo too.

I have only used this once, but I’m not sure if I want to try it again. It did tone my hair somewhat, but I find it has a weird, objectionable ‘old’ smell to it. My hair also seems a bit more brittle after using it. Maybe I just got an old tube, but I am not impressed.
