Are these flush-free?

They are not. Tho we found the flush free ones don't actually work as well for holistic depression treatment. It probably depends what you need from B3. However the flush only lasted for a few weeks total. And each "flush" was about 30 minutes total. We actually ended up going with the 100mg no time release and taking them with meals because they did cause upset stomach.

I see two Rugbys here, one saying "timed release" and the other "extended release," which seem to be the same thing. Are they?

One is a capsule form and one is a captab form but the are the same thing

Did the packaging change? The coloring on the labels are different than the ones I ordered in the past

It has a tablet like composition in that it is not encased in gelatin but, it has a capsule shape so it’s easier to swallow.

great value, great time release so no flushing

Niacin is a great product for folks who have high cholesterol. Niacin can lower cholesterol a bit depending on how much you take. The cheap varieties though are hard to take because of the skin flushing that occurs. The time release products generally work, I know this one does. Plus, I take it before bed and it helps me get to sleep. So there's two benefits, lower cholesterol and better sleep!
