Im giving 4 stars because the bottle says to take 2 gummies but 2 barely does anything for me. Then I tried taking 3, and once I start to feel relaxed, it is a count down until I am out. I have had problems with wakeing up frequently at night since I was a teen and very few things have reliably helped. Zzz Quil helps, but when I wake up in the middle of the night, it's like I am startled awake, in a weird in-between state and "see" or "hear" thing like im dreaming. With these gummies I wake up 1x (curse my small, female bladder) and immediately fall back asleep.

I rely heavily on melatonin supplements to fall asleep as I tend to have a really hard time getting myself to sleep. But these gummies knocked me out. It also helps that they just taste like regular gummies so it's easier to consume. Once I took a single gummy, in 5-10 minutes I felt my energy levels depleting, and 30 minutes after that I was out. I had no issues at all with the gummies, and if anything they made me feel way less/not at all drowsy when I wake up compared to other brands. So if you have an EXTREMELY hard time sleeping you should try these.

Works wonderful and has great flavor. Most importantly the gummy remains soft unlike some other brands that get hard!

Easy to chew doesn’t get stuck in your teeth since it’s more like a gummy candy similar to like gummy lifesavers. They don’t have that sticky texture, which I really appreciate. It makes taking them even better. And the flavor is very nice. I will continue buying these for now on. Highly recommend, just don’t buy them all and leave me empty-handed. Sweet dreams everyone! These were okay. They worked for falling asleep fast, but didn’t taste the best. Not a good value for the money but they worked fast.
