Good mini PC for price
## Update 10/8/2020 ##Had about 3 months now, no major issues noticed yet. Added a couple of pictures of front and back for those wanting to see size and port layout.I'm running a variant of Linux on it, I use about 8-12 hours a day, so it's not on 24/7, but shutting computer on/off is usually harder on PCs from what I've read, so it's held up pretty good so far. I occasionally boot into Windows 10 partition to do updates, everything works in there, USB etc.My only complaint is the fan, it's pretty low around 35db for normal work load according to measurement from phone at about 5 inches away sitting on table with microphone pointed towards it. Sitting directly on the PC is about 40db, and about 45db with microphone pressed up to the front of it. It does have that occasional slow moving noise, if your room is super quiet it may or may not annoy you, I might look into trying to replace it. It's kind of hard to capture on video, so it's pretty low, but just to be aware if your room is quiet.## Original 7/17/20 Review ##So far this has been pretty good deal, I've only had it for a day, so can't really speak to longevity yet or support. This is the mini PC as shown in picture, not the SFF tower as some users have reported on other listings. I've included some screenshots of performance numbers and specs. I received the 65W processor instead of advertised 35W one, but no performance differences as far as I can tell. It's pretty fast booting up, about 4 seconds into Windows. Windows 10 was professional version and was ready to begin setup, there's about 192GB usable space on SSD. SSD appears to be in good condition according to CrystalDiskInfo. Windows updates took me about 15-30 minutes (including reboots) on 15Mbps connection, so there wasn't too many of them.I took screenshot of CPU HWMonitor so you could see max CPU temperatures (about 74C) after PerformanceTest CPU benchmark. The fan is pretty quiet when it's not under load, i.e. just browsing the web, though you can hear it a little if your room is super quiet, it's not super loud under full load, my Y740 laptop is much louder. The power adapter is about 100-105F during normal use, the case was about 101F on back right (guessing where CPU sits), or about 90F during normal use, with the other areas being about 80-85F. The CPU itself is about 45-50C normal load (YT video playing Chrome)Both Ethernet and WiFi work, the WiFi is a USB adapter, so it will take up a slot (there's 6 total) and another slot for the Bluetooth adapter. There is an HDMI to DisplayPort adapter as mentioned below, as it comes with 2 DisplayPort and 1 VGA. You have to use the VGA port to get into the BIOS (F10), as it doesn't recognize DP from BIOS, only in Windows/Linux as far as I can tell. By default it's set to boot from USB, so I was able to test Linux distro from it ok without modifying settings in BIOS, though its pretty customizable which is nice.Resolution is 2560x1440 in Windows. I haven't noticed any severe lag when browsing web pages. It has a built in speaker, though it's pretty low end (as expected). It seems like DP has sound (Intel C49RG9x, included screenshot, didn't test), the normal sound card is RealTek, 1 Mic and 1 headset port on front, 1 audio out on back, normal 3.5mm audio ports. Pushing the jack in all the way using headphones produced a more muted sound, but pulling out slightly fixed it, only bad thing I've seen. The sound is decent, nothing great as expected for RealTek around this period.Specs:Intel i5-4590S (65W)8 GB DDR 3 (4GB each slot)ADATA SU630 240GB SSD (223GB available, 192GB free)Intel HD Graphics 4600Intel Ethernet I217-LMUSB Adapter - RealTek RTL8188CU 802.11.nWindows 10 Professional 64-BitBox came with the following:HP 800 G1 Mini PC1 full size USB keyboard1 USB optical mouse with scroll wheel1 Display Port to HDMI Adapter1 USB Bluetooth Adapter1 USB 802.11n Network Adapter (RealTek RTL8188CU)1 65W Power AdapterThis PC was shipped by MicroDeal USA, Harry reached out before I received it and left his contact info for any issues. Great cpu
The media could not be loaded. I purchased the HP EliteDesk 800 G1 Tiny Computer Micro Tower PC, Intel Core i5-4590T, 8GB Ram, 256 GB SSD, WiFi, Windows 10 ProNov 28 , and it has been performing flawlessly. Installation was simple, and the speed is great, am yet to use it wirelessly , it's connected to my modem. For the price, this CPU offers excellent value and is a great choice for professionals. Highly recommended!

Better then expected
I bought one of these to replace my Movie/Music server with. Have to say after running a 12 core seerver setup i was suprised to find this little machine performed just as well with out the heat and noise and at a fraction of the cost. Im running 3 roku tvs 3 laptops and 3 phones all at the same time with out any lag while testing them running different movies. I did have to add a usb to cat adapter for a second connection but it ran smoothly with out an issue. No lag , No glitching, no over heating , and no noise. Paired with a custom 3d printed homemade nas system it worked perfect. My company has now bought 4 of these for our internet towers to add remote access for firmware updates and keeping an eye on the gear we have on site. They work better then any thing we have found so far.

Great If you are going to upgrade it!
Product works and functioned as expected. Quality is lacking a bit. The M.2 SSD was not installed properly. There was not a screw holding down the chip. One of the USB ports have stopped working on the front panel of the product. The usb wireless Internet card is junk. It drops connection often. I upgraded the Ram to 16 Gb. Installed a m2 wireless card with antenna. It is a great little home PC with those adjustments. Great value for the money and fast for rebuild. Both keyboard and mouse worked upon arrival. Heat levels I have not tested. There is. Fan over top of the m2 SSD. PC is not suitable for gaming.

A small low power consumption quite computer
I'm using the HP EliteDesk 800 G1 Tiny Computer as a dedicated Plex server only. This Tiny computer seems to fit the bill. It's very clean looking and it runs Plex very good!I like the small size of this computer. It uses low power (which is important since I won't be turning it off) but has the speed I need to run my Plex server software. It's also very quite running. I had to put my ear to it to hear it run. Also, it does not run hot.Mine is equipped with the Intel i5 processor, 8 gigs of ram and a 256 ssd which is perfect since I won't be storing and data files on this computer. I already have a file server so storage space is not an issue for me.I will upgrade the RAM to the maximum which is 16 gig.I think this will work out fine for my needs. Time will tell.So far I would recommend this tiny computer.

Worked for about 6 months
I was running this as a low-power server and it served the purpose. Machine worked for about 6 months, then it failed on reboot. I tried swapping out the hard drive, re-seating the memory, no luck. POST consists of a single beep, no boot, no video, therefore no error message, game over. Power supply works, but nothing else does. That's too bad, because it was capable of running the minimal loads I placed on it.
