Update: I have been taking this St. John's Wort for the past 6 months. Still feeling great! If you have mild to moderate depression I highly recommend. I don't know how it would work for someone with severe depression, but for me, it has been a great help.I have been taking this product for a few months now. I was reluctant to try it because I didn't think it would help my depression, but the price was good so I thought I'd give it a go. I don't have severe depression, but it was interfering in my life and I was feeling pretty terrible. I take two per day and it works great for me! I didn't really have any side effects, the occasional moment of dizziness but quickly subsided. I feel so much better and while I still have bad days, it is a lot better than before. I recommend if you are struggling with depression.

I use these daily as a natural remedy for depression. I had a naturopathic doctor who recommended this brand. I’ve been on prescription meds before, and the side effects were not my favorite. With these, I have no side effects and it really helps to control my symptoms. The only problem is that it makes you very sensitive to sunlight, so I have to be careful of being outside in the summer time, or I’ll burn like crazy. But I really love this brand and their quality. A lifesaver for me.

These are an subscribe &save for both me and my daughter. They seem to help me sleep. I had been using valerian for over 28 years. It worked, but I was using 4-6 tablets at night with little sleep. I am on a 3-6 month break from valerian and 2 tablets of this seems to help me sleep through. This also helps me with weight loss as well. My daughter swears by it for help with work and a bi-polar husband. She doubles the dose.

I've been taking this for a little over two months now, and I really do think it's helping!! My anxiety and depression have lessened, and although I do still struggle with PMS, I would say my overall mood has improved. I take on pill in the morning and one in the evening.
