よもぎには抗糖化作用がありAGEs(週末糖化産物)を分解する作用があると聞いたので試してみました。この商品と近所のスーパーで見つけた徳島産のものを併用していますが、こちらの方が葉が粉末状に細かく砕かれている分、よもぎの成分が出やすく味が濃くなるようです。煮出すとかなり不味いというか飲みづらいです。4〜5日ほど飲み続けたところ、体重が1Kgくらい減って、血圧も10くらい下がりました。気のせいかもしれませんが、体内に溜まっていた毒素が溶け出して排出されたような感じです。
