I love this machine. It is very easy to use. Soften the stuff my face came out wonderful. The size is small enough to fit on my bathroom counter. The value for it was phenomenal. It costs less to buy this machine that it cost for one facial. The functionality is fantastic. Have not had a problem with it at all. My only dislike of this is they don't tell you where you can find extra pieces as in where do you get extra wonds, etc

This little machine gets the job done. The suction is perfect..you can adjust as needed. It can give those heavy duty machines a run for its money. It's simple to set up. It does not come with detailed instructions but if you need more it's on YouTube. I give it 5 stars and 2 snaps in a circle..heyyyyy

So far I’m loving this machine. It arrived on time, packaged nicely, & everything that was supposed to be in the box was there. The instructions are lacking & that was my reason for 4 star review instead of 5. I have owned a similar machine so it was easy for me to set it up without much instruction. After one use, my skin already looks and feels so much better. My complexion is glowing and my makeup is going on smoother. If you’re considering this purchase, I recommend it. I do wish the tips lasted longer. After a couple uses, they were basically worn out. However, you can purchase a whole new set for $20 which is still quite cheap compared to a professional priced microdermabrasion. Also if help is needed setting up your machine, you tube has videos to show you how.

My skin looks like I paid a professional. First use results. I am glad a made this purchase. If you are on the fence, don’t be! Excellent Value, easy to use. Amazing Quality!

AMAZING!!! why spend $250 at a medispa when you can do this yourself at home! I wish I found this machine sooner and new how simple it was to do this myself but I just dropped a good chunk for 4 of these procedures! Whomp womp. Never again! I used it as soon as I got it tonight and wow my skin looks more even, soft, and smooth! Way better than what I paid for!!! I'm definitely recommending to all my friends but let's be real, they're gonna ask me to do this for them! Go easy on the suction!

Awesome machine for my estetician buisness. However the dimond tips are not shiny n bright. They are dull and dirty. Have definitely been used. Not happy at all and I can't return and get same price. I bought on sale and if I return I'd have to repurchase and pay more to buy again. Not sure what ima do. If just like a new diamond tip set. Ahhh wishful thinking..other than that works like it should.

Mine did not come with directions, so I finally got it together by figuring it out by online searches. It does work, but not really sure what I’m doing with no instructions. 🤷🏻‍♀️
