This stuff was super easy to apply with letting it set a couple of minutes, cut my clean time down dramatically. The directions of use was a little unclear on if it was ready to use, or needed to be diluted. So make sure to look up proper directions of use on the Zep website. The value for the amount of product was hard to beat. I'm always looking for better and more cost effective products. I think I've finally found a winner. It sprayed easy, not clumpy or thick. Came off well with no visible residue.

This is a great cleaner for the shower, sink and tiles. It cleans really well and it is not damaging to the metal hardware from using it. Of course, as a precaution with any chemical, I would not leave an accidentally spilled puddle of it anywhere or anything for too long.To me, this cleaner is the best of its kind for its intended purpose. I have found it via trial and error over many years. I have settled on it about a decade ago and have been successfully using it ever since (I used to buy it for years in a box store and now I stumbled upon it here on Amazon).It makes especially chrome faucets really shine. For best results, I spray a bit on dry rag and wipe the chrome faucet without rinse, alike I would do if it was a window cleaner.For periodic cleaning, it cleans as easy as spray it on and wipe it away. That said, for really thick buildup of hard water deposits, I would not recommend it, unless you have some plastic blade scraper of some sort, in order to agitate those heavy deposits and then use this to clean the leftover rest with this product and perhaps a toothbrush.By the way, I tried other cleaning products of this company and I liked them just as well. I believe this company’s products may be commercial grade.

Spray on and let sit for a around 10 minutes. Wipes clean with no scrubbing required. Film came right off the shower door. Make sure that you have good ventilation though. The smell is strong.

I don't have shower doors or to deal with lime/rust stains thankfully. That said, obviously soap scum and mildew are the bane of all showers. I let mine accumulate a month's worth of grime to test. I used with the ZEP sprayer and didn't dilute since it didn't say anything about diluting.What worked: Literally 2 minutes, rinse and soap scum was gone. No wiping even. That's from the trays that hold like shampoo and soap so there was quite a bit too.What didn't: Felt like my eyes were burning when I was spraying.(Should have used goggles but not used to needing that with my other cleaner.) I feel like anything requiring a hazmat suit to use is probably not good for regular/ frequent cleaning.Also, the tub itself still needed some scrubbing to clean. I sprayed a second time and still needed to use baking soda to get the tub white.Overall it's probably a good product if you have specific types of stains and no kids or pets but I personally will not use for my weekly cleaning routine.
