2013 XTS and the screen had been messed up for years. I bought this instead if the expensive one after reading reviews and they were absolutely correct. This worked perfectly. The trim panel removal is pretty extensive. I worked slow and it was 2 hours start to finish. Nothing was difficult, just a lot of pieces to remove. I was very impressed with the product quality.

The tough part was getting the radio out. Once it's out, changing the screen was pretty easy. After I YouTube the swap and got it changed, put it back together, I hooked the radio up and,... it works perfectly!

This product works perfectly as advertised, bought 3 other brands that were all a waste of times and returns. For the price this is the best thing I have ever bought on Amazon it saved me around 2200 dollars for dealer repairs. It’s about a 40 minute job to breakdown and install from start to finish and works flawlessly. Thank you for the affordable pricing and will order a 2nd one as a replacement in case this spiderweb cracks from sun damage again and the price of two is still half the price of the more expensive ones that don’t work.

The screen of my wife’s 2014 Cadillac ELR started to develop wonky spots that eventually turned into it being virtually inoperable. I priced a new CUE system from Cadillac directly, and it was the upward of $900 and just the screen was $240. I decided to take the the chance with this product, as I’ve blown $30 on less impactful things. So, with a little time, a YouTube video, and dedication, I jumped in. To my surprise, the install was super easy. The kit came with all the tools needed to remove the old screen and install the new one. It works perfectly! I'm very happy with the product, and even happier I didn't pay too much!

I got this for my 2017 Cadillac xts. Fits like it should and easy to install. Great product for the price.

My touch screen stopped responding to touch. This kit fixed it a couple years ago still works great. Not that difficult to do yourself with an instructional video I watched on YouTube.

I had installed the screen on the unit only to find it looked like I didn't make sure it was clear of dust when originally screwing it on. Then after taking it apart again to clean it, I realized I did it correctly, and in-between the layers was filled with small particles and smudge lines. It looks like it works but that is unacceptable that the screen can never look like it's clean.

It’s looks good works good all around great product but the only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is the rubber seal that causes most cue screens to crack from the heat this product still has that the more expensive ones use foam seal to avoid heat cracks happen again but overall great would definitely recommend it
