The media could not be loaded. I was looking for something that gave my front patio a touch of English or even Tuscan flair and this fountain was just what I needed. I read the reviews and some people complained about the painting but mine came with the perfect touches of old rustic theme I was looking for. People also said to get some clear tubing, some stainless clamp bands, and another pump if you wanted the top to work better. I bought two different pumps and I ended up returning them. The video you see is with the pump that comes with the fountain. It works amazing!! You can see how much water is coming from all areas including the top. All you have to do is cut the tubbing it comes with a little shorter than it is, put the clamps like the other person review with pictures you see here on Amazon, work the valve which regulates the water for the top and the lions until you are happy, and keep enough water and voila! You don’t need to buy any other water pumps. Just 2 tiny clamps. And you will have the most amazing fountain! Check the video and the power that little pump has if you keep a shorter space when cutting the tubing it comes with. Enjoy!

So, my first review was only 1 star and I was beyond peeved. The fountain show up severely damaged both top and bottom.Contacted customer support and they sent a whole 2nd fountain within days. The second one was also damaged! In factthe bowl part was worse than the first. Contacted them again, through Amazon and they didn’t hesitate to send out another bowl, this time they repackaged it and it’s perfect. Now-the fountain itself is AWESOME. It’s big and just really nice. Being resin it’s not going to be left in the sun, or out during freezing weather. It’s mostly a shade of green, which looks really nice in person. While it was a hassle getting the broken ones, it was worth it in the end. Thank you to Lamps Plus, their customer service is first rate. (Ultimately it’s the manufacturer in China that isn’t packing these too well and they get damaged being manhandled)

To beautify my yard I have three fountains already and it’s such a soothing Product except in this case. I won’t be on the 30 days because it was still in the box and that time to put it out here I was so excited to get it I have nobody to approach to get a refund because they say it’s not refundable I don’t believe I’ve ever said a negative comment to Amazon in my life and I bought everything from $8000 new boxes do you name it over the years this has put a bad taste in my mouth it’s big heavy and doesn’t work

I was impressed with how easy this product was to assemble, the general aesthetic, and the sound quality. I will say the water retention is an issue, as it needs to be refilled constantly, and it does chip rather quickly. The chipping doesn’t necessarily take away from the overall look from a distance though. Overall, worth it for the price.

I like the look and sound of the fountain. But the hoses are constantly becoming unattached. I even replaced the hoses and clamps. I also filed down the little piece that requires you to rotate the top to remove it to get to the pump. The twisting only worsens the hose attachment issue. I spent an entire summer messing with this thing. Do not waste your time or money.

I'm quite pleased with the build quality and color of this fountain. I was a little concerned based on the reviews that the colors would be "striped," but that's not the case with mine. While described as grey, mine has a slightly green hue when dry, which is fine by me since I'm installing it in a 100-year-old basin that has also aged.I'm going to install a much larger pump and heavily modify the tubing to collect water from my large basin instead of using the fountain's little basin for recirculation, but the included pump is 200 GPM and seems more than adequate for the original design (I tested it to use in a different fountain). The media could not be loaded. I purchase this fountain to embellish my pergola and to provide a bath for the birds. At First glance when you open the box it looks really green, but once you put it outside with the sunlight and the water it really looks like a stone like. It come in 3 hollow pieces and a pump. As a housewife I’m not handy at all but just following my instinct and the instructions was easy to ensemble. I you have to be very very careful to carry the blocks and interlock them in the right way and turn it very very slow to lock them in place. Otherwise you won’t interlock one block to the other.Also open up a little bit more the water pass inside the fountain to allow more water to go into the pump.With a little patience and care I had a great outcome, it looks very beautiful, exactly what I was looking for.

Paint quality is improved from previous years' reviews...it looks very "aged" and is very attractive. Struggled to get the pump to stay attached while securing the top portion. The lions are spouting water (and there's some drips from their noses, which is odd) but no water from the top ball, so I have to take it apart and fiddle with it.The instructions are LOUSY. But the good news is that the hoses / attachments are also greatly improved from the first reviews and I did not have to do anything to get the fountain to work. Well, we'll see how it goes today with getting water to come out of the top.
