Works well. User friendly. Neat and sleek. Only problem is when the current local time is set, it does not go into memory. Time has to be re-set each time microwave is switched off. Product needs to have a memory-chip. Otherwise, worth the money.

Superb product. I have used IFB microwaves before..last one for 9 years. No problem at all. This one looks even better. Very sleek. Most importantly, if there is nothing in the microwave, it will not come on. Very easy to use. Neat smart buttons. Good size for the family.

The media could not be loaded. Purchased this solo-microwave in July 2024. Writing this after a decent household usage of 8 months. The oven worked perfect as expected until the past 2 weeks, when the START button doesn't initiate heating. After saying about 20 seconds, shows FAIL on the display board. Upon registered for service, was informed this is "NORMAL" in this machine, and a simple plug-out and plug-in will help remedy this issue, but no luck. Raised a second ticket as of now for further troubleshoot.Putting up a video for better understanding. Not sure if this glitch is limited to my machine only.

Prompt on time delivery with exchange service down conveniently. Product was brand new and in good condition with good packaging. Thanks Amazon.On first inspect looks good, haven't used much but will be using for reheating commonly so don't have huge expectations. Slight observation is build quality is not as good as my previous 8yr old microwave although I do understand at this price point some cost cutting will need to be done, but at 5.8K it's a great deal without any complaints. The glass was given inside the microwave with packaging and taped to restrict movement. A user manual was also present in box with details and many recipes (only text, no images). Looking forward to using it.

Good product but makes a lot of noise while heating.

IFB - The name is enough. All my family and friends are IFB users and all of them are satisfied.
