same 'medium' size as supermarket? :)

As you have online, go to e,g Tesco and it gives you the size of the medium, you don’t say what size you are looking at. You can get the size on that store and then you can do your check.

Are these water tight. I want to use them for sous vide. (Water bath cooking)

They don’t leak when used to freeze soup but I stand them upright. I am not sure these are completely air and water tight or if they are suitable for cooking in. I think you really need a vacuum sealer and the proper bags for sous vide.

Do these leak when defrosted

I always defrost with a plate underneath and yes there is a bit of water on the plate and that’s all nothing from inside the bag
