Q: Is it easy to assemble?

It's not that complicated. You just have to stack the wires together one tier at a time. It took a few minutes to figure out where they go but there aren't too many combinations to try out. I recommend to keep the plates away from you while you are assembling it.

I did not keep the box so do not know. It is not stamped on the plates.

Q: Are the measurements on the description correct or the measurements on the pictures?

Each plate measures 6” x 11 3/4”

Q: Can the bars only be used if the rack is facing the front? Or can the sticks be used in other positions as well?
