Is this just a replacement lens for the Dewalt Concealer?

No. This item consists of the concealer and tinted lens. I love mine. They never fog up no matter how hot outside.

Will this work with my ventilator?

It may depending on the type of work you do. If you are in heat breath fogs lens, not bad but can be a pain. They are not super tight at bottom below eyes, at least not on my face. So leakage and small debris can get in. Maybe its just me, but I still use them. Beats a stick in the eye.

Do they offer chemical protection? Going to be working with Capsaicin and don't wanna get it I'm my eyes?

No you would need a pair of non vented safety googles to protect you from fumes this will protect you from any wood working condition like saw dust flying at your face but fumes will go right thru the ventilation holes under the mask
