Bought for my adult daughter because she can’t swallow the normal horse pill. This did not make her nauseous like traditional iron pills. It’s now on auto order.

Even though I do not like the taste, am still giving five stars for the effectiveness of raising my ferritin level. And when buying a supplement, happy to know it’s a company that strives for great quality.

If you have gastrointestinal issues, this might make you nauseous. I have Crohn’s. I thought this would be perfect, because it would be to digest and absorb in the body. It made me so nauseous. The vitamin itself does not taste the best, but I would drink it with some orange juice. Orange juice will help with the taste, and also enhance the iron absorption. Vitamin C and iron should be taken together, because the Vitamin C helps iron absorb in the body. I gave it 4 stars, because it’s not necessarily the vitamin’s fault that caused me to be so nauseous. I am able to tolerate the MR Multivitamin for Hair Growth, but just not this iron supplement. I am just giving those who struggle with digestive issues.

My son has iron deficiency and all the other products made him sick however this one has made a difference in his life. I can see his improvement when sleeping and not so restless. This product has made a change in his life
