Tang Orange Drink Mix, 4 Lbs

Like many, I have grown up drinking kool-aid. I recently decided to upgrade my life with this 4lb tub of Tang drink mix—a decision that has now become the centerpiece of my very adult beverage repertoire. Every time I mix a glass, I'm transported back to those simpler days when sugar and powdered fruit were all the excitement I needed.The sheer volume of this tub is both impressive and slightly intimidating. I've begun referring to it as my "Tang-anic," because much like the unsinkable ship, it seems to have an endless supply of nostalgia on board. The mix itself is deliciously tart, with just enough zing to remind you that not all memories are sweet—some are just tangy.I experimented by making a gigantic pitcher that could easily serve as a makeshift rain barrel for a particularly dry spell. To my surprise, it even doubled as a conversation starter at parties, with friends wondering if I was prepping for a science experiment or just trying to channel my inner astronaut.In the end, this Tang drink mix is a delightful reminder that even in a world full of sophisticated cocktails, there’s something charmingly absurd about a beverage that harks back to your childhood, all while making you wonder if you should be a little more serious about your tangy drink choices.

Delicious and loaded with vitamins!

Due to the INSANE cost of orange juice lately (like $8 per gallon for made from concentrate), I switched to Tang. I mix it to my taste (about half of what the instructions call for) so it gives me a decent breakfast drink without too many calories.

Had random childhood memory of the old orange Tang and wondered if still made it as I’ve just not seen in on shelves (but haven’t necessarily been looking for it either) Bought it thru Amazon and first cup it instantly reminded me of same old Tang we used to have as kids. Taste was as I remembered. It mixed/dissolved well. (I did check out ingredients and calorie index..it does have alot sugars 32g/serving, 35g of carbs; also contain yellow dye 5,6, fructose and MALTODEXTRIN …but it’s TANG so alright for occasional drink!)

A little milder than my taste bus require, but still good.

Good price, good delivery, not all stores carry this still. I have enjoyed since I was young, tradition continues.

An essential ingredient in my spice tea and this size helps to keep enough tea mix in my cupboard!
