Conair Fabric Shaver and Lint Remover, Battery Operated Portable Fabric Shaver, White

It works really well!!!!!! I thought it would be a cheap made in China product, but it actually works! I used it on my bed mattress and it had been months since I put the bed sheets and liner back on. It was fuzz city!!!!!! After trying another method and not panning out, I searched and found this as one of the popular go toos here on Amazon. After a couple people answered my question that it does work on bed mattresses, I got it and used it- it looks SO MUCH BETTER!!!!!! Don’t have before and after pictures but I am so happy it took pretty much all of the fuzzies off!!!!!! Yes it does work on bed mattresses!!!!! It is not expensive and pretty cheap solution, I like that you don’t have to wait to charge it like the other option. Just put new batteries in. Note- if you have a really bad fuzz situation like I did- you’re gonna have to empty out numerous times. However even if you don’t have a big project like I did, you will have to empty out maybe once or twice, depending on how bad the fuzz balls are. This fabric shaver is a nifty little gadget. Pretty simple and straightforward to use. A really good way to get clothes looking fresh again.

Quickly takes off the little 'fuzzys' from everything. Large enough to get bigger surface areas, but still small enough for tiny spots. Safe and easy to use. Simple to open up and dump out the fabric shavings.

I bought this so I can remove the pilling off of one of my cotton blend jackets. This worked incredibly well. It does take some time (you have to be patient with it) and there are multiple settings. You can use on your garments. The battery life has been wonderful - i’ve used it now for an hours worth of time and have not had any issues with the battery yet. Also, I did not find that this affected the fabric negatively. Definitely an important item to have to keep your garments looking nice!

I've had this fabric shaver for over a year now and it still works great! I love the different settings you can place it on to get closer or further away from your fabrics. Definitely a great purchase.

This was larger than I thought it would be but when I saw an influencer on IG use and recommend it, it reminded me of all of the articles of clothing I have that are somewhat pilled. Personally, I'd have preferred the blue one but I didn't think it was worth $9 higher in price so I settled on the white.It's a tad louder than I anticipated but it worked flawlessly! My sweaters and bra are now pill-free and looking almost like new again. Yes, I would absolutely recommend this little gem!!!

I bought the battery-operated version of the product. I had one (different brand) that was rechargeable, but, since it's not something that gets used often, it seemed like any time I wanted to use it, it needed charging and I ended up waiting several hours for it to charge. With a battery operated unit, if the batteries run down, I just pop new ones in and I'm good to go. Now with that out of the way, I give this only three stars. It shaves the pilling off sweaters (what I use it for) just fine, however, with this particular model, not only do you have to empty the lint catcher, you also have to unscrew the screen and clean the lint out from around the blades, otherwise the motor bogs down - and you pretty much have to find a little brush to do that job, because it's pretty hard to get all the lint with just your fingers. Oh, and be careful you don't slice your finger while you're doing this. I've owned several other fabric shavers over the years that weren't Conair and I never had to go through all that to clean them. They don't last forever, so when I needed a new one, I decided to go with a brand I recognized. Now I'm sorry I did. Just a PITA!

Easy to use, works little miracles to extend the lifetime use of my sweaters and shirts. I've even used it on t-shirts. Be careful though - use ensure that the material is laid completely flat. I accidentally shaved a hole in one of my t-shirts because I hit a little bump in the surface.
