LOVE ARIA!
Wow, Cora, you created an amazing mafia world, I'm so hooked to your stories. I've read other mafia books by other authors and there is no doubt Cora is the mafia queen. Oh my God, the emotions that spring from these books. This is Aria and Luca's story. Aria is a 15-year-old girl who has been promised to the future head of the New York Famiglia. She's aware her marriage is one of convenience, devised to create peace in the Famiglia and she'll have to swallow lots of tough situations- something she's inevitably terrified of, and specially terrified of Luca. Luca, 5 years older than her, is a ruthless killer and -apparently- emotionless. At first her prospects seem bleak but slowly she starts perceiving the real Luca and it becomes a slow burn with increasingly intense sex scenes (yay!) and more importantly, you see a great bond forming between them- and that is so captivating! Phewwwww! The story is written from Aria's point of view. I read this one and then book 0, Luca Vitiello, where you can get some good insights of the situations that we barely see from Aria's point of view so after reading both books I found the whole story incredibly fabulous.

It was good
I love Cora Reilly's books and I think she's a good writer and has a great capacity for storytelling. There are some books by her that are not my favorites but that its not the case with her original Born in Blood series. This book I really enjoyed but I have to say that I hate cheating in books and I really couldn't care less if it's "justified" in her because they are mafia men.I really don't care, if you cheat you are automatically over for me.Even after being the best to Aria and treating her kindly, I still was able to enjoy this book but I couldn't get over the fact that he cheated. He cheated and the came home every night wanting to still have sex with her and cuddle with her, which makes me fell disgusted! So, I have to say he's not my favorite character in Cora's books. That would probably go to Matteo and Romero.I think I consider Luca better than Danilo, but that's it lolP.S the way he treated Gianna, who is Aria's sister was disgusting.

It was definitely an addictive read, and I will be reading the other books. I definitely expected more of a plot, but it was the first book in the series, so I guess it was an introduction to the world and some of the characters who will be protagonists in the other books. The main focus of the book was I think Luca and Aria's relationship and their development, which was interesting to see. There were repetitive scenes which could've been avoided, as well as a few spelling mistakes. But overall, it was a quick, nice read, and I'll be getting the rest of the series.

FANTASTIC!
This is the start to epic and exciting stories. I love Cora Reilly’s writing, she’s one of my favorite authors. Luca and Aria’s love story is a true mafia arranged marriage you look forward to reading. It’s told only through Aria’s POV, but don’t worry Cora has a novel called Luca Vitiello where you will get Luca’s POV of their love story in the same time frame. Bound by Honor is Spicyyyy 🥵 just the way I love my novels!! It’s also very exciting, it’s not boring, it’s a page turner. If you read the remaining of the trilogy, their story continues and beyond. It’s sooo worth it, trust me you will not be disappointed. I have all her books including the the Camorra Chronicles and Sins of the Fathers. Please read all her books in order so you can get the full picture as the years pass and the characters grow. Thank you Cora for introducing us to this HOT mafia love story. This is where the journey begins Bound By Honor! ♥️♥️

An addictive start
From the first volume I was seduced by this universe. I don't know too much about mafia but you could say that Cora Reilly knew how to seduce me. I liked Aria and Luca so much, but also the secondary characters. The plot is very well done. The author does not go long, she goes straight to the point and does not spare us
