I was introduced to these supplements by my incredible medical nutritionist. She has a list of cleanest supplements that she has researched to ensure she recommends only quality products. I needed this because I have autoimmune issues and my hair was falling out. Well this stuff is amazing...my hair not only has stopped falling out but it is regrowing thick and lush. Even my hairdresser was amazed at the undergrowth of hair. It's hard to show you photos since my hair is curly so you can't tell in photos, but you can tell when you touch the hair.My nails have always been brittle and just rip easily, that is no longer the case, they are much stronger and I can grow them now!My 23 year old daughter started taking these too because after getting a hair cut, her hair was just not growing. After she started taking them, it take about 30 days to really kick in, her hair is no growing. These organ meat powder works. I'm a believer and I highly recommend this product!

Beware of side effects!! CHONDORITIN SULFATES ( listed ingredient in Hair Skin and Nails from heart and sole) apparently side effects from this ingredient are common, especially when taking anticoagulant medication’s. Which I am not but I figure it’s worth saying Incase anyone out there is. I’m still not sure if this is what did me over but after doing more extensive research on the ingredients, this is one that stood out to me…So this is my second time ordering from this company and it will probably be my last. I got crazy sick from these! I only took half a serving ( 3 pills) the first day. By the end of the day I felt terrible but I wasn’t sure what it was. Stomach bug? Bad weather? It was too subtle to notice any notable cause. Second day rolls around and I take three more pills. Almost immediately after I start to feel nauseous I start getting diarrhea. Heart palpitations, anxiety, dizziness. I have taken nothing different or eat anything differently than I normally do. Keep in mind that these things can also build in your system overtime so the first or even a few couple days when you take something your body might not feel the effects of it until even a couple weeks later. With me, I’m very sensitive, which is why I only took a few of the recommended daily dose to see how my body would react. It also says to build up slowly on the back of the bottle. I was really hoping this would work for me but unfortunately for some odd reason my body hates it! It’s crazy because I actually tried their stomach and intestine formula. With that one I didn’t get nearly as sick, but I just realized it was making my constipation worse and I wasn’t feeling great on it. I figured maybe it was just the combination of the organs that didn’t work with my body. It’s possible that the same scenario happened here with the hair, skin and nails formula. However, I have taken beef liver and bone marrow before from a different brand and I didn’t have any weird reactions or side effects like I did with this one. I know with this formula there is added stuff like bioactive peptides and CHONDORITIN SULFATES etc. Clearly something in here is not working for my body. I also read a few different reviews that had similar experiences with this formula/ brand. I’m still all for beef organs to maintain optimal health however, you really have to be careful which ones you can potentially react too. Just because it’s natural doesn’t mean it works for your body so please, make sure if you are going to try this, you do it slowly and stay in tune with how your body feels. Stay safe out there.

I had been looking for something like this for a while and was excited to try it. Unfortunately, I had a severe allergic reaction. I developed a rash all over my body and a very high fever. While it might work for others, I would caution anyone with sensitive skin or allergy concerns to be careful.updateI initially had an allergic reaction to these vitamins, which was disappointing because I really hoped they would work for me.
