Excellent fish oil supplement
We have tried many fish oil supplements. This is a winner. It is NSF certified which is a huge plus. Very happy with this purchase. It is a bit pricier than others but worth it.

Good Source of Omega 3
This product is advertised as providing 1600mg of Omega 3s with 800mg each of EPA & DHA. Assuming this product supplies as advertised, I like the amount of Omega 3 it supplies and the amounts of EPA & DHA. Equal amounts of EPA & DHA are unusual. I also like that it has Sports Certification, but it is not clear whether that certification includes supplying what it advertised.
