It's wonderful not using a pad, but sometimes it leaks a little.

I purchased these to use after giving birth, and a little before because I was really worried about my water breaking in my company car. They hold a lot, but they won't hold that much. I did have many accidents after giving birth, and several times they just overflowed when they were brand new. I still would buy them again despite these accidents.

The only ones my mother will use. She said they fit comfortably and feel like underpants.
