Would regular baby clothes fit this doll? Maybe preemie size?

Preemie size - I have 8 of the dolls - they are just precious and so well put together!!

Can the shoes come off of the Logan? We bought it a year ago and they didn’t, so we returned it. Has the manufacturing of it changed so they can?

I bought mine a year ago, as well, for my grandson and they didn't come off, but we have found doll tennis shoes & slippers that he can wear over them. I would like to find more clothes in his size, though.
