Jackson Pollock: 1912-1956: At the Limit of Painting Hardcover – Illustrated, July 13, 2016

I love Jackson Pollock artwork, and have several in my living room. This book is a very nice addition.

I wanted to find out more about Jackson Pollock so i looked at many books. Most of them just focused on his work. This one went into his personal life.

Great representation of his work.

Bought this as a Mother's Day gift for my wife and she loves it. She's a recent "Into Art" student and loves the gallery which exhibits some of Pollock's greatest works. Wife is happy; I'm happy. Thanks much.

I was looking for a book about Jackson Pollock that provided a little of his biography, a little about his approach to art and a little about his paintings. This fit the bill for me. The book has a nice catalog of his artwork, though obviously not everything. Kind of the same for his bio. I wasn't looking for a 400-page deep dive into his life. And after reading this book I really am not looking for much more. This provides a good summary of his life and work to wet an appetite for more. This book is an easy read with a fair amount of his selected artwork to give a good introduction to Jackson Pollock.

Enjoy looking this book. I have it on my coffee table along with other books that are art related

This is a nice book with awesome photos of Pollock art, I bought it for a budding artist who had made something Pollock-ish to show her how extraordinary this style of painting can become..

It's no big mystery, I wanted a decent bio of Pollack and his work, early to later abstracts. This book did a quite decent coverage of the works of J. Pollack.
