UPDATED: Good customer service for original mixup.
UPDATE (11/10/2014):After contacting Amazon, they refunded my money for the older (but still useable until 2016) bandages, and allowed me to keep them (as the product box was damaged by another item in the order). The supplier also noted the mixup, and contacted me as well, requesting to send a new box with bandages that expire in 2019. I received the box (with the updated logo/style), and the bandages inside did expire in 2019. I'm really pleased with the amount of customer service both companies completed in order to reach my satisfaction.Fun fact: even though they're great with pressure sores, they also work fantastically for acne. I snip up one bandage (as I need it) into pieces about 3/4" square (more or less depending on the zit), and pop them over the zit overnight. The bandage sucks out all of the debris within the zit, and speeds up healing time. Purchasing DuoDerm boxes at this price is far cheaper (when cutting up bandages as needed and by proper size) than the expensive hydrocolloid bandages marketed toward acne use at drugstores. If you need more information, head to the sub-Reddit forum /r/SkincareAddiction - they're the ones that helped me realize the multiple benefit options of DuoDerm! Thanks much for reading.//OLD REVIEW (10/25/2014):I purchased this product from TopsMedical on October 23, 2014 and received it two days later. The product I received is a different style box (the older blue box, copyrighted 2008; rather than the new white box, copyrighted 2011), and the product inside is listed as expiring in 2016 - the listing shows it as expiring 2018 or later. They appear fine otherwise, and the contents of the box looked similar to current Duoderm bandages. If they are different in quality or capability, I'll update the review. This isn't what was promised, and I wanted to share it in case someone was planning on stocking up on these bandages. These bandages have an expiration date for a reason, and are used for medically sensitive needs.

Haven't found all of the possible uses...yet.
The best application so far for me has been to close/cover the finger-tip fissures I get every winter. These are not blisters, nor obvious infections. They are short deep cuts that come back in the same place. They take forever to heal, and are ridiculously painful. Some ointments help with the pain, but anything on your fingers gets on anything you touch (think screens, hair, food & pets). Some occlusive dressings were good, but are not set up for a quarter-inch long cut at the edge of your nail. Hand-washing and kitchen work make most bandages, ointments and cremes pretty useless. I needed something that would pull the edges together, and be resistant to water. Duo-derm lets me tailor pieces to stretch over awkward areas. Sometimes I end up crafting a little cap for the tip of my finger just to get the edges to stay down. But it stays on for days, resists water, prevents pain, and speeds healing. That DuoDerm fingertip doesn't work with my tablet or cellphone screen, but I have more digits! The other excellent application is to cover up itchy blistered areas. I get those when I'm having really bad back spasms and use electrotherapy several times a day. If I don't put on a good occlusive patch on those areas, I scratch without even thinking. The area gets bigger and sometimes infected. Yeah, I have a prescription ointment, but that doesn't let me continue to use the electrodes, as I sometimes must. Duoderm can be cut to fit just the area that has to be covered. I can even work it under the edges of the electrodes. This is a fabulous product. If you can use scissors, you can use DuoDerm for something!

Excellent product
This product is excellent. I have a skin excision site that has not been healing well due to irritation with contact with clothing on my upper back and this product offers good protection, barrier for healing site clothing rubbing on it. I cut the product to fit the site and change it daily but some can keep on longer. It stays on perfectly while at work. I have tried other products but this is the only one I can tolerate that does not irritate surrounding skin tissue.

Great product but hard to remove from hair
These bandages were expensive but well worth the cost given the alternative excruciating pain of leaving the wound open or removing gauze from an ulcerated wound. Miraculously there was no issue removing it from the wound itself but painful to remove from fine hair given the wound was on the head. It adheres really well for better or worse. Highly recommend to protect and let painful wounds heal though you may need to shave the area if hair is so fine it is difficult to detach from adhesive. I imagine thicker hair is not as much of an issue.
