I wasn't expecting much because it's cheap but the finish is perfect, the lights work, it's easy to assemble and disassemble to clean. The filtered aren't expensive either. The cats love it. Also, when the water needs topping up your can hear it trickling which is a great feature as a subtle noise prompt. It's silent other than that.100% recommend this as an affordable but great quality option.

Was previously using the catmate pet fountain which had grown *very* noisy and wasn't much fun to clean. This looks much nicer, was easy to assemble and runs very quietly. Cats took a bit of time to get used to it but now drink as much as they did before.Ordered some unofficial filters which mean it won't cost too much to replace them for at least 6 months or so.Love the light and it indicating when you need to top up the water

Overall great product, our senior cat took to it immediately, however the light in the evening frightens her and she wont use it, so we have had to tape it all up. Would be great if they came without the bright blue light. Noise level - you can hardly hear it, very easy to clean and assemble. Would recommend.

I’ve now had 2 of these fountains in the past 18 months and with both of them, the pump stopped working within a few months.The actual fountain is a nice design and my cats enjoy using it (including as a paddling pool), but the issue with the pumps has caused me to now throw both in the bin.With both pumps, I noticed it making a ‘fizzy’ noise when pumping the water, then within an hour it would completely stop working. I clean both the pump and fountain regularly and change the filters as advised, so it’s clearly an issue with the pump and not how I am maintaining it.These fountains are mid priced, but terrible value for money as my most recent one has broken within 3 months. Avoid and buy something else instead.

At first the cat would not look at it. After a few weeks, she started to become interested in it, and now drinks from it all the time, making this a great purchase. It is completely silent even when you are in the room with it. Get the stainless steel version which is better for your cat's health!The only downside is that comes with has a very short cable. It uses USB and comes with a converter so it can be plugged into the socket. The water chamber is backlit with a blue/purple light and looks very attractive at night; and the cute kitty nose serves a practical purpose in displaying the water level. It is easy to refill by simply pouring water on top of the fountain.

My cat is still newly warming to this but it was easy to put together, has cheap filters, vet recommended this product she also uses for her cat, promotes cats to drink more as cats arent natural drinkers & prefer running water than out a bowl. Keeps the water super clean, comes with easy simple instructions. Decorative & cute aswell. Great size (holds a few big bowls full of water). Very safe & effective product. Recommended especially for cats with FIC.

My cats love this, I have a smaller one from the same brand (the one with the flower) and this one is way better. Doesn't make noise at all and it stops automatically when empty.

I've only ever found fountains that were impossible to properly clean...this one is so quiet and so easy to clean...I love it.

Very good product. I have no complaints. Discovered 2 of my cats were getting chin acne so I bought the stainless steel plate for the top and everyone is healthy and happy now. Easy to clean, quiet, super cute.

We had a large ceramic cat fountain I finally threw out. It was a $%$& to clean. It had too much open water areas, and the two filter system couldn't keep up with all the hair and dust that fell into it. We went for a while without fountain, but one of our two cats was a reluctant drinker. So I finally caved and got myself this Pixie fountain, and I'm super happy with it. The first cat took it up right away, but for our older cat it took a couple of weeks of me moving a water dish closer and closer to the new fountain (which I placed a couple of meters away from the food). Now they are both happy drinkers, which is so good for their health. The fountain is super easy to clean, and although it's only plastic, I much prefer it over the ceramic one. The plastic is so much easier to keep clean, and there is no lime build-up. The filters are cheap and work great to keep the water clean. It's a bit difficult to fill because it easily splills over when you do, but I can live with that. The only problem is that if the water is too low to be pumped up, the cats have no access to water. Same if there is a power outage. There is only a puddle they can drink from and once that's used up, the water is locked away. For that, there is no remedy. While the fountain holds almost 2 L of water, only half of that can actually be pumped up, because the hose that connects the pump to the spout is so low. I am trying to find the same type of hose to make the pump hang a bit lower in the water but so far no luck. That said, even with these negatives, this is the best water fountain we have ever used. We love that it shows us when the water is low, we love that it's so quiet, we love that it keeps the water clean and we love the spout that dispenses the water, because our cats love that the most.
