I really appreciate this natural supplement in place of using Tylenol or Aleve every day. It works the same and I know it's better on my system. Good stuff.

I was alternating between Tylenol and Ibuprofen for arthritis pain and chronic headaches daily. Now I just take two of these with a little food in the morning. I have a lot of pain so I do take a single one at bedtime also I was taking a lot of medication before I found this. A lot! Been about a month now. I bought some of the people I love a bottle too.

This is a great alternative to aspirin without the stomach risk aspirin can have. Great pain relief. Two capsules is approx one 325mg aspirin.

This product is amazing!

Recommended dosage on bottle, is to take 2 capsules with a meal. I did Google safe & effective dosage which is 240mg daily, but these are 1500mg. There's no way for me to even cut dose in half, plus I didnt get any relief of my arthritis. Maybe another brand might be more effective.

Much better that tylonol as it wont hurt your liver and better than nsids as it wont cause an ulcer. Natural is always better.

So I have been dealing with back pain the last few years. I recently hurt it picking up a heavy bag. I was sitting in my car on my break and decided to take a couple of pills. I got in the car with a sore back and got out of it with no back pain. I didn't expect it to work so quick. Hopefully they keep working and will no longer have to take medicine
