The finish is very good. We bought this because we wanted a matka with a metal tap (instead of the usual plastic). This piece is beautiful, every detail has been considered in the design and manufacturing process. It comes with a stand, a lid and an earthen tumbler to drink water from. They also give full instructions and a wrench to be able to remove the tap while cleaning. We faced some issues after a few months of usage and the manufacturer immediately sorted out the issue. Highly recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded. Tap was leaking the first time I got it. Followed up with seller get a replacement tap..got it after a week or so. The new tap still leaks. Seller seemed irresponsible to even do a basic check before sending the replacement. Product seems ok, but tap tends to leak and turn defective. Avoid this seller and this product

Too many minute leakages which you will not notice immediately. Thought it was expensive but the quality be will excellent, really disappointed! Sending the image of the pot, the second half full portion is all the time leaking.

It has been built good but the product I have got is not that in terms of quality as post submersing it for 2 days I could see outer bottom layer of the pot is crumbling result in returning the product. Could be one off scenario but ideally it shouldn't be the case as we are paying like three times more than its actual value
