I honestly had very low expectation with this product, but i was wrong, this one is very good. Bag has a big mouth from where you can put ice for cold therapy and it is leaked proof, not a single drop was leaked from the bag. Very very good product, can be used for hot thearpy top. A must buy

The quality of the product is good. Heat lasts for 30mins max, however after a purchase i realised the size was bigger and should have choose a little smaller one for better experience.!!
