Easy to remove from wound
They are a nice length. Before I apply them to my wound, I cut off the sticky surround, then I spray the pad with antiseptic, this way the used pad comes away from my wound without sticking to it and causing more damage and pain, so I have bought more.

They work as they should.
Used four of these to apply medicated cream to areas of my skin. The idea being, the cream would be contained and not seep out onto clothing or bedding etc. They worked for the most part, but leaked a little onto clothing here and there, but generally worked as they should. They stuck well, apart from one patch that started to peel a little, so 75% rate of adhesion i'd say. Thought they were a little on the pricey side, but they were competitive for like for like products on Amazon, so it seems they are priced slightly below the going rate for these things.

OK in performance overall but with downsides
These work well up to a point but the covering material is rather thin while the adhesive is very sticky and hard to remove,If you use these to cover an operation scar or other open skin damage, it risks pulling on the skin with the potential of pulling on the skin and re-opening the wound.
