The best
This brand of kitchen shears is the best I have ever used. It cuts anything, with ease. This model does not separate as many brands do for cleaning purposes. But those seem to not cut very well after they are used for a while. Henckels will still cut paper cleanly and it does clean well in the sink or dishwasher.

Great scissors
I had a pair of these scissors that lasted 10 years and finally died. So, I bought these. This knife is even better and sharper than the first one I had. It will cut right through chicken bones and quarter of chicken like nothing. Just a note, watch the price. SHARP, BUT NOT FOR A BIG PERSON
WELL BUILT AND SHARP, BUT THE FINGER HOLES A LITTLE SMALL FOR A BIG PERSON LIKE MYSELF, 6'4" and over 250#. Forcing my big fingers broke my last scissors.
