No idea if these helped
So I have a history of kidney stones and knew I had one. Thought I’d give these a shot as the stone was no longer causing pain, but made me feel like I needed to go. At first I thought they were helping as the feeling did pass after a week or so, but never passed anything. I stopped taking them after a month or so. About 3 months later I finally passed the stone and it’s clear it did not break up.
