I applied the Smoothing Treatment to my daughter’s hair but when I tried to blow dry the hair the chemical smell started to suffocate us to the point where we were coughing and crying. I had to wash it off her hair so I really can’t tell if the product works but I wouldn’t recommend it.

I never post reviews but this stuff is great. I was very careful to straighten each small strand until it was smooth and shiny before moving on too quickly and results are fast drying no product needed hair. Before and after air dried pics attached.

I bought the Forte strength because I have a lot of hair, and is wavy and coarse. I started shampooing my hair with their smooth shampoo few days before to ensure any product is gone. I separate my hair in several sections and saturated each section very well, that process it was quite easy the only thing is the SMELL!! It is strong, I opened the window, and let the fan ran but due to is in our head there is no way no to smell it. I let it set for 60 min according to the instructions for coarse hair. Drying the hair with the product takes much longer than usual and it dries with a thick feeling, I used a thin flat iron with 450 degrees, again the smell is terrible but I guess no pain no gain 😉 I washed my hair right after finishing flat ironing. I dried my hair and just flat iron the ends my hair feels So Soft now and drying time was faster than normal. I truly recommend this product!! The final results makes it for the strong smell.My pics are as follow: Brushed dried hair, hair after clarifying forte smooth shampoo, flat iron hair with smooth treatment, and last two are final results (washed after completed treatment)

After a long search for products to make Keratin at home, I said and leap in faith with this one. The reasons were:1. Price / quantity2. Easy to apply and safe.After using it I can say that:1. is worth every dollar that is invested in this product. In my case I have long hair and the amount I use VS the one that was left I think it will reach me for two other applications.2. The reviews guided me a lot and most speak super well of the product, to these I WOULD ONLY ADD:-The application is super practical, but remember that it is a process normally done in the salon so if you want results you must invest the time and do the steps as recommended by the manufacturer.-The odour can be a little strong if you apply it inside the house-You should obviously buy the tools such as gloves and comb separately; gloves in particular or your hands will suffer!!-It does not affect hair colour, in dyed hair like mine some keratins put it orange, this one did not do it !!!
