Just leaving Er with my child. I am a professional and I was performing a facial on her and water dripped from the steamer into her eye and on her eyelid. There was no reason for it to happen. I followed all manufacture instructions. I will be contacting the company immediately.

Didnt come with great instructions. Came with a few extra items and I have no idea where they go because it wasnt in the manual.

Stopped working
I bought this for my in home skincare studio where I do facials and it didn’t even last 4 months. The steamer stopped working. For what I paid, I expect it to last a few years.
