Been taking these a few times for leg cramps work well

I like them I use to get a lot of cramps and that has been reduced significantly also the ones I get are not as painful. Definitely recommend

Bought for leg cramps,etc. Haven't used every day so not sure the rating is fair. Haven't had leg cramps per say but am dealing with Sciatica at present with cramp like feeling in left leg and it doesn't seem to help with that. Do like the fact that you are a family firm and very interested in your products .Will give it a few more try's. Take it in daytime.
