My fiance' ordered this hat to be part of her Halloween costume. Yes, it did come with creases in it but with a quick google search, you can find different ways to get them out. We are going to steam it with an iron later today. You people must realize that things need to be folded to be able to ship properly, right? Maybe they should add "iron once received to get the correct shape" to the details but this is the age of information, google it. Some of the nasty reviews on here are because of creases, when in actuality, its so easily fixed. Wonderful quality for the hat.

I ordered this hat not expecting much. Especially since it was shipped tightly compressed with deep creases. I was pleasantly surprised the hat is made of 100% paper, which meant I could steam it on an ironing board. I put it on the ironing board and steamed and ironed the hat. Don’t set the heat too high, but turn on the steam on high. Don’t saturate the hat. Keep ironing and steaming until you get the creases out. Be patient it takes several tries. I got 98% of the creases out. 4 stars because I had to work on it before wearing. I recommend if you are willing to steam it. Hat looks like the photo sturdy with a nice brim that has a wire so it can be styled anyway you like. If you don’t care about the creases, then I absolutely recommend it. Ordering more colors.

The hat was terrible and did not fit properly. It has so many creases in the hat that I could not fix. I dont know why the packaging was not better. Do not buy this piece of junk...

When I arrived home the product was in my regular mailbox in a large envelope. I was immediately worried that it would be useless given the way it was packaged and delivered. I was wrong! The design of this hat is amazing! The flexible, moldable brim made shipping it folded over no problem! I opened it, remolded the brim and it looked EXACTLY like the photo!!!! I could NOT be more pleased! I bought this for a theme costume party but plan to keep it and wear it in the beach and the boat!!!! GREAT PRODUCT!!!!!

I got mine in the mail it was creased but did come out with a lot of steaming there were wires poking out I had to use a thimble to push them back in leaving bits a bit messed up there were a few loose threads on the hat as well, it does look nice after some work but wouldnt recomend if you dont want to put any work in to this after purchase.

The hat is too large for my head, isn't flattering at all. The price was great but I do not like it and may send it back.

For the price you really can’t sit here and complain. The hat is cute and big! I love the different colors and the price. You can bend it to fit a look or if you are using it to tan and the sun moves throughout the day. I have tugged on it hard and I have not had my fingers go through it. Cute hat! I love it!
