Grateful that not only is the wrist adjustable, but so is the thumb circumference. Not all braces allow for thumb size adjustments. I need to stabilize my thumb overnight to rest the lower arthritic joints in a comfortable position while I sleep, and this brace does the trick. I haven't tried wearing it during the day while active, but I can heartily recommend this product for overnight thumb support.

I noticed a significant improvement when I wore it for a more extended period of time. But when cooking (chopping) or typing, or crafting it impeded some movements. It did offer support when lifting a cast iron pan or carrying awkward or heavy items. The design did protect my thumb. I also found that adjusting the straps for different functions. Wearing it to bed offered structured support during a long rest which I found useful as long as it was adjusted not too tightly. Good value for money.

I fell and hurt the palm and thumb of my hand! This product is perfect for my hand sprain. It is also such a value. I strongly encourage you to purchase this product.The producers estimated that my hand would be all better within a month and they were exactly right. Finally The brace allowed me to make it as tight or as loose as I preferred and it allowed me to do a lot of activities I would not have been able to do otherwise while mending.

Ordered one day, delivered the next day, pain relief within minutes.I fell a year ago on the ice. Hit my head, had nerve damage to my hands. Been to numerous "physical therapy" treatments. Mostly just "live" with the continued discomfort/pain. Recently during this cold spell, the nerve pain was becoming more bothersome. Ordered this hand/wrist/thumb brace (with copper) due to the reviews. Delivered in one day, and pain relief was within minutes of putting this on. Wore it for 2 hours (per the instructions) and immediate improvement. Wore it at night during sleep and the whole next day - almost no pain. Wore it a second night during sleep, and again...no pain during the day. This is a remarkable product for me. Very very very glad I purchased this. Quality material/construction, easily adjustable, fits either hand, a solid piece of gear for me.

So I find the whole "copper phenomenon" to be dumb and doesn't make a lick of different in bracing or whatever. That being said, it's still a great brace. I like that it goes far enough down to brace my wrist too, and the thumb has just enough "give" for it to be slightly more useful than solid can't-move at all. That kind may be useful for some things but I find it helpful for tendonitis. I also like that one of the strap that goes across the palm for stability.There is a couple design flaws. First, the part of the thumb that wraps around with Velcro on the end has a couple issues: the vecro is slightly wider than the material it's to stick to, leading to chaffing on the inner portion of the thumb and two, it barely sticks anymore (on the thumb as well specifically). So that's kinda annoying.If I had a new one with the thumb Velcro being more durable (rather than stop attaching after a year of on/off usage) and ideally making either the end of the thumb wrap thinner (where the Velcro is sewed on) or the wrap itself that goes around the thumb slightly wider, that would fix the problems completely and I'd give you 5 stars. :)

I bought this hand brace after hurting my thumb. It fits really well, is comfortable, and very supportive of my thumb. It’s easy to put on by adjusting first the thumb strap, then the palm strap, and finally the wrist strap. I like that I can make quick adjustments to fit my comfort level and support.

It is so comfortable to wear i felt the support u just need to make some adjustments while it’s on . Overall i will score this idem 10/10 . I put it one as soon as I receive and im happy with this product its a good quality product! Thanks .
