I've been using these for many, many years. I use them after each and every meal. This, in addition to brushing twice per day and flossing at night, have, I'm positive, contributed to the glowing accolades of my dentist. A dentist I had years ago recommended them. He has since retired. They continue to do a terrific job and, I'm positive, have contributed to the glowing accolades of my current dentist.
