Great addition
This is a great addition to many different meals. I use it for my enchiladas. I use it in my chili. I like putting it in my salsa. Gives it that little kick that it needs.

Pretty good
The tomatoes are more sour than they should be after roasting. The regular Rotel has a better flavor and sweeter taste in the tomatoes.

Rotel is the best
I like using this Rotel in place of regular Rotel in cheese dip and other dishes. It has a very good flavor and it was a great price

Slightly different but quite good.
I normally buy the original Rotel, but found this fire roasted version to be equally as good. It has a slightly different look and taste but I was pleasantly surprised. I thought it was quite good especially for various recipes that I normally mix in regular Rotel.
