20 in 1 Large Wooden Busy Board Montessori Educational Activity Toy for Toddlers Girls and Boys

Very disappointed with this item, picture very deceiving on size, product is not very sturdy at all and collapses when picked up, very expensive for the item you are receiving. After two days the very small balls in the timer have came out having looked at the item there is two small holes in the wood. The only plus is the nice colour of the item.

The toy itself is fantastic. My grandson loves it . However, there is a design fault and in the pyramid configuration you cannot move it and for an autistic child that likes to pick things up and this toy is a sensory toy and so aimed at children like my grandson, this is not fantastic as it falls apart. The photograph within this review is the answer I was given. now I admit it’s a good price for a sensory toy, but there is a terrible design fault on this toy as shown in the photograph. Yes, those are zip ties. This is my second attempt at leaving a review apparently mentioning what the company has told me to do is against community rules; go figure.

So much on this for the money! But not happy with the sturdiness ( fell apart when our granddaughter moved it ) so my husband but Hinges on both sides to keep together, but left the lock side in place so it can still be taken down in future to put away. But 100% worth the purchase as she loves it so much to play & learn thanks

The size is absolutely shocking for the price, I knew it wouldn’t be huge but I did expect bigger. After it’s assembled it comes undone extremely easy, simply by just moving it the smallest bit. Don’t waste your money.

When I got this out of the box I was impressed with the nice colours and the number of items on each board for a child to play with, which is great for little hands to explore.I started to put it together and found that the sides are connected by a hinge type connection - which is sharp and could be dangerous to small hands - where you have to slot pins together to form the three sides, with them being locked together through 2 eye connectors and a padlock - all of which seemed very odd to say the least. It was okay(ish) until I moved it, then it twisted and one of the (quite heavy) sides came away.I wouldn't be happy for a child to play with this made up, however if you remove all the section connectors and let children use each section on the floor it would be okay, as it does contain so many good things on each board. However at £74.99 it's a for too expensive to have to make alterations when they are so may similar products on the market at a lot less money.

Looking at the photo's you are led to believe this unit is that of a reasonable size until you actually check the measurements or wait until it arrives are you very disappointed.While all the units attached to the back board do encorporate the montesori way of learning and is full of activities i feel the back board the accessories are attached too is off cheap materials fitted together with hinges.While i like the concept, the colours , i could only give this 3 stars due to the over inflated size shown in the product photo despite the sizing being available most people would base their choice on the photo.The price is playing onto the montesori tag , inflating the price so you believe you are getting a bargain
