Dreadful delivery
The carousel is just what we expected , beautiful and very good quality, however we did not expect the dreadful courier service. We saw the delivery van come into the drive and turn around but before I could get to the main building door he had driven off. No attempt was made to ring my doorbell and as you can see the parcel was left on the floor in the corner of the main hallway, 6 flats share that hallway and the main front door is open. What you cant see very well was the damage to the parcel, it was no wonder the driver made no attempt to deliver it in person. Fortunately, when we opened the box inside, the carousel was intact and in perfect working order. This is the second time we have had issues with Amazon couriers and are considering not using Amazon again. Mrs Y Mahoney

Love it!
This is absolutely beautiful. I bought it for my 9 year old granddaughter and I'm so excited about giving it to her for Christmas.The only fault (if you could call it that) was that it plays a different tune than the one that is advertised but that doesn't affect the quality of this item. Highly recommended

Pretty, but With a Bit of a Mix-up
My particular music box is not playing Chariots of FIre, like it was meant to. It is playing Blue Danube. I spoke with Amazon, and they were very helpful and quick to send out a replacement and a return label for this one. The replacement was EXACTLY the same... playing Blue Danube. I ended up keeping one of them anyway. There is a wee bit of chipped off paint, and the whole thing is made of a plasticky resin. However, it IS pretty and is nice to have. Not sure about Musicbox World as a supplier, though. I might buy another box from them, then I will have a better idea. Obviously, mine was mislabelled in the warehouse or on the website. Still, in the end, I am pleased to have it.
